What’s New at Hola
Welcome to almost spring !!! We are looking foward to many great nights on the patio soon.. Check in to see when it is open - we will have it open any day weather permits - and hopefully that will be soon !! In the mean time, come down and try some the new items on our recently revised menu. We have a delicious beet and heart of palm salad with goat cheese, pistachios & candied orange - 2 new flatbreads - crispy pork belly with John's kumquat marmalade - salt cod and potato croquettes to mention a few.... The fried chicken with ginger & sour orange glaze is delicious as well !!
There will be a cooking class on Tuesday April 5th featuring new Spring produce such as fennel, peas, artichokes and mushrooms. Maryann will be preparing our original Swordfish & artichoke dish, a fennel & red onion salad, fresh pea and avocado guacamole and our crispy brined - steamed and fried chicken with the ginger & sour orange glaze.... Please call the restaurant (DO NOT EMAIL FOR CLASS SIGN UP) and reserve a spot! Class is 55.00 per person ( limited space) and includes the demo, tastes of all food prepared, wine and a sweet treat to end with.....
On Saturday May 14th Chef John and Maryann will be cooking up at HOLLY HILL ORGANIC FARM in Cohasset for the annual ASPARAGUS Dinner !!!!
